I am not your stereotypical yogi. I keep it simple, doable, and realistic while incorporating my healthcare background and love of nature. Take your stereotypes of yoga and throw them out. We get to work right away with the basics addressing your specific goals.
I like to use breathwork, restorative, hatha and yang yoga techniques.. all of which lean into the original intention of yoga; mastery of the mind and body. Much of my work is focus on nervous system regulation so you can take control of your body to feel and perform better.
I work with community members, studio clients, business professionals and athletes of all ages, including dance and cheer teams.
